Creators of Acclaimed Mega Man: The Board Game Kickstarter Announce New Project

Jasco Games announces Dead Meat: Quarantine Zone America™, an innovative tabletop game soon to launch on Kickstarter.
LAS VEGAS - Oct. 13, 2014 - PRLog -- JascoGames, the publisher of the Universal Fighting System card game and creators of the upcoming Mega Man: The Board Game, have announced their latest project: Dead Meat: Quarantine Zone America™. The project is a cooperation between Jasco Games and acclaimed game designer Ryan Miller, who previously worked on Magic: The Gathering, Kaijudo, The Universal Fighting System, and other high profile games.

Jasco Games plans to launch a Kickstarter to help fund production of the game. The Kickstarter will begin October 31.

In Dead Meat: Quarantine Zone America™, two players assume the role of one of four diverse human factions. The tabletop game seeks to innovate the genre by changing the typical zombie game by pitting humans versus humans instead of humans versus zombies, as well as introducing new mechanics to encourage greater tactical decisions. Many of these systems revolve around the inclusions of zombies as an uncontrollable neutral faction that force tactical decisions and keep both players moving. In addition to these new gameplay systems, Dead Meat: Quarantine Zone America™ also features a rich history of the game’s world.

“We think Ryan has created a great game and world, and we can’t wait to show the game to our fans,” said Jason Hawronsky, president and founder of Jasco Games.
