FOREST GROVE, Ore. - Oct. 10, 2014 - PRLog -- Provincial Vineyards, www.provincialvineyards.com, will debut their first Wine Maker's Dinner. The vineyard has selected 4 of their best wines to be served with a 4-course meal prepared "one the spot" by Chef Gabriel Barber. Chef Gabriel's cafe, Out Aza Blue Cafe is located in Gales Creek, Oregon. Presently proclaimed as one of the "best places to eat" prior to heading over to the scenic Oregon Coast. This dinner will feature velvety smooth wines from nearby Provincial Vineyards. Neil Frederickson, Vintner and Owner of the majestic vineyard will host the event and propose a toast to commence the occasion! A boutique wine producer, Provincial Vineyards will be providing their most highly requested estate wines for this event. Provincial Vineyards is located at 14373 NW Timmerman Road, Forest Grove, Oregon. (Highway 26 to Highway 6 towards Tillamook on your way to the Oregon coast).

Out Aza Blue Cafe http://www.outazablue.com has turned out to be a great "go to" spot when traveling to the area and directly on the way to the Oregon shore. Chef Gabriel has a delightful dinner in store for the event. Using his increadible skills at pairing food with wine he will select a favorite wine to go with each course of this amazing 4-course dinner such as, Filet Mignon served with Chanterelle mushrooms. Your choice of entree for the evening will be followed by a slice of fresh baked Pear & Apple Tart.  Make your entree selection prior to attending (see link below).

Neil Frederickson, owner of this beautiful vineyard, has personally selected a 2013 Estate Pinot Gris so delicious you'll want to lick your lips. The complimentary toast will be served prior to the Jazz recital. Your ears will be delighted when you hear music performed by Jazz musician, Laura Cunard.
