PRLog -- October 31 to November 1, Humanus Corporation will host an interactive booth at the 2014 Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist Association Conference, held at the Radisson Valley Forge Hotel. Humanus will meet with Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to discuss professional opportunities, ranging from school-based Occupational Therapy positions to innovative online therapy services. Online therapy acts as a bridge between Occupational Therapists and students, allowing them to connect despite their geographic distance. The POTA Conference will allow Humanus to inform and educate Occupational Therapists on the opportunities online therapy can provide for their professional development.
“We are more than excited to meet with Pennsylvania-
based Occupational Therapists at a conference of this magnitude,” James Stewart, President & CEO of Humanus Corporation, said. “Our hope is to leave this conference with greater knowledge of the Occupational Therapy field and newfound professional connections which we can grow and develop year-round.”
“Online Therapy is an up-and-coming way for Occupational Therapists to expand and share their work,” Tom Gradowski, Director of Academia Services, said. “This year at the POTA Conference, we are eager to help OTs connect with growing online needs.”
