East St. Louis Housing Authority residents benefit from Job Readiness Training and Dress for Success

 
Oct. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- (East St. Louis, Illinois October 8, 2014) - East St. Louis Housing Authority partnered with Connections to Success and Connection's Dress for Success program to provide job readiness training and interview clothing to 32 East St. Louis residents on Mon. Oct. 7, 2014.

32 women and 2 men took part in the class that was held at the East St. Louis Housing Authority at 1405 East Broadway. Residents received training that builds self-confidence to assist in gaining employment.

East St. Louis Housing Authority prepared its residents for the major job fair being held  (Wed. Oct. 15, 2014) at Jazz@Walter Circle, 1409 Walter, East. St. Louis, IL, where they will have on the spot interviews and connections with employers that will enhance their future.

Says Kathy Lambert CEO and Co-Founder of Connections to Success, "We are proud to partner with East. St. Louis Housing Authority to bring hope to local residents and families."
