Pircher, Nichols & Meeks Announces Hire of Jennifer Alexis Kessler As New Associate

CHICAGO - Oct. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Pircher, Nichols & Meeks (http://www.pircher.com/), a national real estate law firm with offices in Chicago and Los Angeles (http://www.pircher.com/contact.html), announced Jennifer Alexis Kessler (née Knight)  has joined the firm as a new associate in the Chicago office. Kessler has experience in a variety of complex real estate financing transactions as well as a background as a certified public accountant.

Prior to joining Pircher, Nichols & Meeks,Kessler was an associate at Dentons US LLP where she represented large institutional lending clients and borrowers for numerous asset types including high-rise offices, hotels and multifamily residences. Kessler also drafted and negotiated loan agreements and related security and ancillary documents in connection with the financing of various commercial real estate transactions.

A legal writing teaching assistant and staff member at the DePaul Law Review, Kessler earned her J.D. from DePaul University’s College of Law, graduating cum laude. She completed both her Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
