Vicki Lord makes it through as a finalist

"I am an extremely determined, artistic and intuitive hairstylist, a self-confessed perfectionist – definitely when it comes to hair. I continuously seek to redefine the limits of excellence and creativity in bridal hairstyling."

Vicki completed her City and Guilds training at Vidal Sassoon salon in Covent Garden, London years ago. During her time there as assistant to the Art Director, she worked alongside some of the most highly respected stylists within the industry, as well as some superstar clients. She left Sassoon's to establish her freelance business in London and the South East... Which had been a dream of hers…

In 2005, she became a part-time Educator with leading hair extension company Balmain, where she taught the application of hair extensions and the dressing of long hair in salons and colleges throughout the UK. She still has a great working relationship with the highly acclaimed brand Balmain products.
