ATLANTA - Oct. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Following in the footsteps of national TV exposure, including NFL-AM on the NFL Network, and ESPN Quarterback Camp, and support from high-profile Atlanta based media companies Paste Magazine and Radio powerhouse 105.7 FM, blistering rock outfit The Howling Tongues have announced a promotion with Dunkin’ Donuts.

Beginning Monday, October 13th, 106 Dunkin’ Donuts locations in the greater Atlanta area will offer customers a complimentary download of the band's acclaimed self-titled debut album. To support the rollout, Howling Tongues postcards emblazoned with a QR code and a dedicated web address will be available to provide instructions on redemption. The promotion is presented by Dunkin' Donuts and Phosphorlative Entertainment, with no purchase necessary to redeem.

In conjunction with the free download promotion, a nationwide radio campaign will commence to support the lead track “Gotta Be A Man”. Produced by Stan Lynch (former drummer for Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers) and Billy Chapin (Sister Hazel, Edwin McCain), the end result is a muscular fireball that flaunts the band's true colors and sends jolts of life back into rock ’n roll. From the impassioned vocals of Taylor Harlow to the avalanche of Nick Magliochetti riffage that segues into extended jams to the wall of sound that permeates choruses to the way the instruments ring out in the mix, everything about their sound is Howling. Tracks like "Let Me Be" and "The Sound" flex Southern Rock muscles, "I'm In Love" raises its anthemic fists, and "Fade Away" bursts into a full-throttle freight train boogie. Elsewhere, deft heft infiltrates "Chainsaw" and "Another Heart To Bleed" as they stroll exiled main streets, tagged with physical graffiti. Dynamic counterpoints ensue as "Strange Way To Say Goodbye" and "What's It Gonna Take" bask in moody gutsiness before "Too Many Times" adds a perfect coda to an epic ride with its blend of blues, soul and old-timey Americana.

In fact, it's the sentiment of the song TMT that represents the true power of THT. As Harlow sings, "I've been bitten too many times," one realizes that The Howling Tongues are an indoctrination set to cure the nation, providing a spiritual quest that Performer Magazine summed up best, "If you're looking for a band to restore your faith in rock 'n roll, you've found it."

Stand clear, The Howling is near.
