Industrial Production in France Increased by 0.2%

The volume of industrial production in France in July 2014 increased by 0.2% compared with the previous month, also it is predicted the indicator fell by 0.5%.

Oct. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- With respect to July 2013 industrial production increased by 0.1% predict a decrease of 0.3%.

According to revised data, in June, industrial production in France increased by 1.2% compared to May and decreased by 0.6% compared to June last year. Previously reported increase of the first indicator of 1.3% and a decrease of 0.4% of the second.

The volume of production in the manufacturing sector of France fell in July by 0.3% from the previous month and rose by 0.2% compared with July last year. The dynamics of both indicators in line with expectations of experts.

Food production in the last month fell by 0.3% compared to June, production of cars fell by 3.4%, mining in the mining industry - by 3.1%, the volume of construction - by 1.5%.

At the same time, electricity generation increased by 2.1%, the volume of oil refining - by 2.4%.
