OAKLAND, Calif. - Oct. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Advise & Consult, Inc. is proud to add Jeff Farley to our expert witness team.  He will open a new office for us in the Oakland, California area and is a great benefit to our team, but more importantly to our clients!

Jeff started his construction path conducting energy audits to help homeowners in the early 1980's. He continued in wager damage restoration, estimates and general construction. He now owns a company that specializes in disaster restoration and reconstruction, indoor air quality, building inspections, construction defects, fire and water damage, insurance scope of loss and mold and bio-hazard contamination.
