RelatedMatters™ to Launch TeamRelate™ 2.0 at HRTech

ATLANTA - Oct. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- RelatedMatters™ today announced the release of TeamRelate™ 2.0 the biggest release since the original launch last April.  The most significant updates are the additions of the Admin and Hire modules and Dynamic RelateAbility™.

The TeamRelate Hire module enables team managers, recruiters and human resource management consultants the ability to evaluate job applicants for team compatibility prior to hiring.  Through a brief assessment in TeamRelate, a job applicant’s communication style and core convictions can be compared with the current team members whom the applicant would be working with to determine fit.  This quick evaluation can save companies from making potential wrong hiring decisions by having the intelligence of team fit prior to the hire.
