Company Expansion - A Good Move

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. - Oct. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Barrier Technologies is growing by leaps and bounds. We have been in operation since 2008 and we’ve grown to become a world recognized organization. If you’re not already familiar with us, we provide radiation protection products. These products include, but are not limited to, X-ray Aprons, Radiation Glasses, Thyroid Shields, Radiation Barriers and Gonad Shields.

Our niche marketplace has enabled our company to shine above all other manufactures. Our American made products feature the kind of quality that can never be matched by competitors that outsource manufacturing overseas.  We don’t have anything against China, but we prefer to keep our jobs at home, here in the United States, where they belong.

Our new facility is much larger than where we previously operated. It is fully equipped with high powered outlets and super-fast internet hookups. We’ve also purchased a massive fan to keep everyone in the manufacturing department cool along with our impressive collection of equipment. Our prescription lenses radiation protection glass technician finally has his own workshop where he can work effectively and without interruption. Our garment supervisor and her staff now have access to thousands of square feet of warehouse space that is used to effectively manage the production of Radiation Protection Aprons and other garments. The new move has also enabled the company to make use of a showroom, conference room and a separate office corridor for administrative and marketing staff.

This new and improved layout helps the entire company get more done faster. Higher degrees of efficiency for us mean faster delivery times for your ordered products. We’re no longer bumping into each other as the spaces are more than sufficient for everyone to get around easily. In addition to our increased space, we also have a dock for the warehouse section of our company that is managed by our shipping supervisor.

The dock is imperative because it allows all kinds of vehicles to back up into our facility in order to load products and unload supplies. The days where we had to use our backs and forklifts are over. Everyone has been thrilled about the move.
