TSE Appoints Two New Executives

CHICAGO - Oct. 2, 2014 - PRLog -- Transportation Solutions Enterprises (TSE), a full-service logistics provider, announced today it hired two new executives; Lindsay Abrams as Vice President of Human Resources and Tracy Olsen as Director of Legal Affairs.

“We’ve expanded our executive leadership team with two experienced professionals,” says Todd Berger, President and CEO of TSE. “TSE has grown tremendously in a short matter of time, it was important for us to add necessary executive roles to help maintain and strengthen our growth.”

Lindsay Abrams has spent her career advocating HR guidance and strategic consultation for a number of companies. Most recently, she served as the HR Business Partner at Automatic Data Processing (ADP). Abrams joined TSE as Vice President of Human Resources, and is responsible for directing all of the “people” functions of TSE in accordance with policies and practices including the ethical and social consciences of business, society and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations.

“Taking on the leadership role of Vice President of Human Resources was so exciting to me because it afforded me the opportunity to bring TSE to a new level in talent acquisition and development while we work to double in size over the next few years,” says Abrams.

As Director of Legal Affairs, Tracy Olsen heads the Legal and Risk team and is the chief legal authority for TSE and its subsidiaries. Tracy is responsible for advising on and managing a wide array of legal matters and for identifying and mitigating. Tracy has extensive legal and insurance experience with regulatory and compliance knowledge; most recently, she worked as a Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
