“Jesse is an exemplary associate,” indicated Jessica. “He has been promoted to assistant manager, and will eventually be trained to advance into a senior management position.” In his new role, Jesse will learn all aspects of the hiring process, fulfill administrative duties, network with clients, support and motivate team members, and continue to learn more about the business.
