Swiss Foundation for People with Rare Diseases Combines GENALICE and Knome Solutions

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Oct. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Today GENALICE and Knome, Inc. USA jointly announced that the Swiss Foundation for People with Rare Diseases has chosen to use their solutions in tandem to improve the Foundation’s processing and analysis of their Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data. GENALICE MAP is an ultra-fast and highly accurate NGS data preprocessing solution and will be connected to Knome’s informatics and genomics interpretation system, the knoSYS® platform.
