Grammy Artist will showcase virtuosity and play Beatles, Wings and all things six-strings

“I’m looking forward to my return to Holland. An intimate venue like The Knickerbocker Theatre is a fantastic place to hear and see solo guitar playing,” Juber said. “I have some new releases and even newer repertoire to present, so don’t miss it!”
More than three decades after Wings folded, Laurence Juber is a ‘One Man Band on the Run’. In addition to recently playing a part on tribute albums to Bob Dylan and Linda McCartney, Juber performs almost 100 concert dates a year, has regular studio work, conducts professional workshops, performs on soundtracks for feature films and television, and released two CDs and a DVD in 2013. This past May saw the release of his photo memoir, “Guitar With Wings,” (Dalton Watson Fine Books) which chronicles his three-year tenure with Paul McCartney and Wings.

A world-class guitar virtuoso solo artist, composer and arranger, Juber fuses folk, jazz, blues and pop styles and creates a dynamic multi-faceted performance that belies the use of only one instrument.
Known to his fans as ‘LJ’, he has released over 20 albums, including LJ Plays The Beatles which was voted one of Acoustic Guitar Magazine’s’
Juber’s solo rendition of “The Pink Panther Theme” is featured on the GRAMMY® winning album “Henry Mancini – Pink Guitar.” His performance of “Stand By Me” was heard nationally in the 'Diamonds Are Forever' TV commercial.
As a studio musician, he can be heard on recordings from artists as diverse as Dan Hicks & the Hot Licks, Seal and Barry Manilow, plus he is featured on the soundtracks to hundreds of TV shows and movies including the academy award-winning Dirty Dancing, Good Will Hunting and The Muppet Movie.
Juber has also co-composed the soundtrack of the award-winning video game Diablo III and crafted the score to the NBC Dateline documentary Children Of The Harvest.
His music is also featured in the Ken Burns’ documentary The Tenth Inning.
Juber is honored to have a signature guitar series from C.F. Martin & Co (est. 1833).
