Wisco UK Ltd acquired by Rima Freight Services

BOLTON, U.K. - Sept. 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Established in 2001, Wisco is a freight forwarding company based in Braintree, Essex. The Company has built its success on specialising in freight from Austria, a niche market for the UK. This approach has allowed the Company to become an established player in the UK/ Austria forwarding market by working in partnership with Wisco Internationale Spedition GmbH in Vienna.

The opportunity generated interest from several UK trade buyers before an offer was accepted from Rima Freight Services Ltd, a local freight forwarding company also based in Essex.

Rima Freight, which has been operating for over 20 years, provides Sea, Air and Road transportation services worldwide. The company offers Air Freight, import/export deep sea forwarding and a full European trailer service as well as a full groupage/LCL service to the Middle East, Far East, USA, Australia and New Zealand.
