Dr. Mamaly Reshad of Anacapa Dental Art Institute Speaks at Annual Scientific Meeting in Montreal

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. - Sept. 25, 2014 - PRLog -- The Canadian Academy of Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics (CARDP) is holding its annual Scientific Meeting on September 18 - 20, 2014 in Montreal, Quebec, and Dr. Mamaly Reshad will be among the many renowned dental experts to speak at the event. Dr. Reshad will be giving his presentation on Friday, September 19, at 2:30 p.m., and he is one of six speakers who have each been asked to give a one-hour presentation on their respective areas of expertise. Dr. Reshad will be giving a presentation titled "Resection Versus Augmentation: Esthetic Implant Supported Maxillary Protheses."

The Scientific Meeting is considered to be one of Canada's most prestigious events for researchers, academics, and dentists involved in the dental industry, and the CARDP has been holding this event since 1962. Dr. Reshad is a world-renowned expert on cosmetic dental procedures, and it comes as no surprise to event attendees that he is one of the few experts to be asked to present his expertise at this year's Meeting.

Dr. Reshad's presentation is focused on maxillary resection, and involves three main objectives: 1) To clarify the classification system that should be used to determine whether or not a patient requires a maxillary resection; 2) to discuss the process for matching restorative materials to each individual patient; and 3) to provide some basic guidelines on how to maintain the maxillary anterior ridge in the long term.

With his partner, Dr. Saj Jivraj, Dr. Reshad has developed a highly-respected dental practice at the Anacapa Dental Art Institute, and both doctors are regularly asked to speak at dental conventions and meetings all over the world.
