Rook Coffee opening in Red Bank

RED BANK, N.J. - Sept. 24, 2014 - PRLog -- With a lease signed and going into effect this Oct. 15, Rook Coffee is proud to report that the rumors, which have been circulating for the past several weeks, are true. With the busy Little Silver train station location not far away, a foundation of loyal customers is expected to join newcomers who visit the Red Bank coffee bar.

“Shawn and I have always talked about having a space in Red Bank. It is such an amazing city in our area with so much exciting growth right now,” said Co-Founder/Owner, Holly Migliaccio.
The 640-square foot space will offer to-go service and model the same look and feel of Rook’s existing coffee bars.

Rook Coffee’s Red Bank location will be a slight change from its other locations, as it will be the first one without a designated parking lot or spaces. However, with free parking on the street until 9 a.m. and two large parking lots hugging each side of White Street, the location is a great access point to the center of town.

With Rook’s five-year anniversary quickly approaching this upcoming January, Co-Founder/Owner Shawn Kingsley said, “We are confident that along with a Red Bank location, Rook will continue to expand in many of the adjacent towns.”

This Red Bank location will join Rook’s five currently open coffee bars, two in Oakhurst, one each in Long Branch, Little Silver and Wall Township, and one under construction in Manalapan.
The storefront at 10 White Street was formerly occupied by Laurel Tracey Gallery, which plans to move to a new location. Although there is no set date scheduled, Rook Coffee hopes to open in both Red Bank and Manalapan sometime around the winter holidays.
