MC2 Home Inspections Plans Expansion to Denver Colorado Market in 2015
MC2 Home Inspections in Indianapolis announces plans to expand inspection services to the Denver Colorado market in early 2015.
By: MC2 Home Inspections LLC
"It just makes sense for us" says Mike Chamberlain, the sometimes brash and often outspoken owner of MC2 Home Inspections LLC. "Denver is a beautiful city, the people are great and the Denver real estate market has been consistently one of the better markets in the country over the last several years".
Founded in 2007, MC2 Home Inspections LLC, like most companies, began with a vision.
"The vision was and always will be, to service our clients better than any other home inspection company and give them the service they expect. We are much different than other home inspection companies in the fact that we do not market to real estate agents for referrals. We believe doing so is a conflict of interest", says Mike. "We market directly to the public to avoid any perception of a conflict of interest and by doing so, our clients know beyond any doubt that they will receive a completely unbiased assessment of the home they are considering purchasing".
How well has that strategy worked over the last 7 years?
"Our style and way of doing business has never been very popular among real estate agents and quite frankly, that's not my problem. They have their job to do and we have ours. Their job is to find their client the home they are looking for. Our job is to protect the client from making a huge financial mistake. In essence, to make sure the home they want, is the home they think it is. We perform approximately 600 inspections a year here in Indy, all without marketing to real estate agents, so I would say that our strategy is working just fine".
So what can the good folks in Denver expect in 2015?
"The state of Colorado does not require home inspectors to be licensed and we are coming in from a state that does require licensing. I think that without question the good people of Denver can expect a very different and much higher level of service than they may be used to by using our services. We have always been held to a higher standard due to our licensing requirements and that is just going to carry over into the Denver market".
What services will be offered?
"We are bringing the whole package to the Denver market".
Residential Home Inspections
Wood Destroying Pest Inspections
Well and Septic Inspections
Well Water Testing
"We are looking at setting up shop in the Denver area and plan to hit the ground running sometime between April and May of 2015. Obviously, there is a lot of work involved in making such a large transition but the wheels are in motion as we speak and I do not anticipate any roadblocks".
What can the people of Indianapolis expect?
"Business as usual. We will still be overseeing the Indianapolis market and I am leaving everything in the very capable hands of my other inspectors in Indy. Brian Hedge will move into the lead inspector position and take over the reigns. The level of service that Indianapolis residents have become accustomed to will not change in any way. Indy is where it all started and we will always maintain a large presence in the Indianapolis area".
Any final words?
"We are all very excited to begin this next chapter of our lives and our business in the Denver area. I am looking forward to the challenges and success ahead and would like to sincerely thank everyone who has helped make this possible for us, you know who you are".
