Lewis will be showcasing his brand-new CD, entitled “Crusade”, and is currently touring the East Coast and Midwest. His first “live” CD, entitled “Live And Up Front”, was recorded entirely in Ohio in 2013. His previous studio CD, entitled “Enjoy The Ride”, which was released in September 2012, continues to receive rave reviews all over the world. Eliot’s music style can be best described as a mix of pop, soul, and progressive blues. He provides the audiences with a high-energy show, and incorporates all of the instruments he plays into his live performances. Lewis goes on to say, “I use a bit of technology in my solo shows. The guitar and the vocals are live, and the drums, bass, and background vocals are on my backing tracks. John Oates Eliot has a very strong and accomplished history in the music business. From 1989 to 2002, Lewis was the lead singer/bass player for Average White Band, co-writing and producing all 3 of AWB’s albums during that time. In 2003, he joined Hall & Oates, primarily as their keyboard player, but also filling in on guitar and bass occasionally. Lewis has also been an integral part of the award-winning show Live from Daryl’s House, a monthly webcast started by Daryl Hall in 2007. LFDH made the transition from the internet to syndicated TV in 2011, with 36 episodes airing in various markets around the country. In 2012, Palladia Channel began broadcasting the show, and in 2013, VH-1 and RFD-TV began airing the program also. Viacom (parent company of Palladia and VH-1) has recently announced that they will be producing new episodes of Live From Daryl’s House for 2015. Eliot Lewis is also an accomplished photographer, and shot the cover photo of Hall & Oates 2005 CD, entitled “Our Kind Of Soul”. Eliot Lewis will be donating a guitar used on some of his tour and recordings along with some other items to the Hard Rock Corporation International Memorabilia Department during his show in Pittsburgh. The items then go on to Orlando to the Memorabilia Department get logged in, and designers around the world together decide where it gets placed, displays usually find a home and get switched every 7 years.
