Chris Wechner to Help People Become Better Writers at Detroit College Event

WATERFORD, Mich. - Sept. 19, 2014 - PRLog -- Detroit – Many business people have lots of ideas but have trouble communicating those ideas.  These people know they should write avoid it, because they are not confident about their writing skills.  On Monday, Chris Wechner, Director of Marketing at The Ultimate Analyst (http://www.TheUltimateAnalyst.com), will be presenting “Writing to Sell, Brand, & Promote Effectively” in the Cooper Room at the Eastern Campus of Wayne County Community College District (WCCCD) from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The event is free for the public to attend and is hosted by Mark Lang of the Entrepreneurial Institute and Resource Center of WCCCD.  Lang requested Wechner to come and present to help local people in Detroit.  Wechner presents at the College monthly with Mark Maupin of Right Now Marketing Group.

Often looking for ways to help, Wechner says, “Writing never came easily for me as a kid.  When I was in college I specifically looked for classes that allowed me to pass without having to write.  Today, a lot of the money I make comes from my ability to write.  That transition is not easy, but I am a perfect example that it’s not impossible, either, and I want to help other people who struggle with writing like I did for years.”

Writing well can mean making a lot of money.  Wechner adds, “Dan Kennedy made a fortune by writing great copy.  I’m not at his level, but it’s clear that anyone who writes well enough to sell can make a good living for himself.”
