Reliability, Inc. Announces Release of V.4 - PROACT Root Cause Analysis

         (Hopewell, Virginia) -- Through continuous R&D efforts over the past 40+ years, RCI (Reliability Center, Inc.) has now completed development of and released version 4 of their highly successful PROACT^® Investigation Management System. The PROACT^® approach is a cost effective, standardized method for achieving Reliability across an organization. Through the RCI Root Cause Analysis, Risk Training programs and associated tools; PROACT^®empowers workers at all levels and in a large cross section of business, industry and healthcare to become better analysts.

         PROACT® Version 4 brings significant ease of use.  About the new release, Bob Latino, CEO of Reliability, Inc. said, “This new version was several years in the making,  and we are very proud of the changes that have been made. Our beta-test clients have found Version 4 to be incredibly even more user friendly, particularly appreciating the drag and drop functionality.” There are many other user friendly adaptations, including the following:

·        In Version 4 analysts can now import documents, images, videos and link them to verification logs as supporting evidence.

·        The customizable reports include spell check, formatting to include logos and cover pages, as well as the ability to print in PDF and presentation modes.

·        Version 4 also allows for the creation of groups that can be used to assign a collection of people to an analysis team.

·        Reports can be generated in Microsoft Word to allow easy editing and customization.

·        The Trending Utility allows the user to query on the entire database of analyses using a given set of criteria so trending and tracking of RCA activity is simplified.
