One of the ways that this is realized is through various travel opportunities. The most recent of these was attending a national leadership conference. This event centered on networking with professionals from other offices around the country. Additionally, there were several speeches and workshops held by business experts for the group to attend.

“This conference was an extremely valuable event for me, Ketly, and Jocelyn,” said Raymond C., the firm’s director of operations. “Our staff was able to immediately utilize the experience and knowledge we gained from the conference upon returning to our office.”

Supreme Legacy, Inc. Plans Exciting World Travels

The national leadership conference is only one of several travel opportunities offered to the Supreme Legacy, Inc. team. The next upcoming trip will be to California for a weekend boat cruise off of Newport Beach. Although the attendees have yet to be announced, the whole team is excited for the possibility to attend. This trip offers a full weekend of relaxation and luxury as well as the opportunity to meet and have dinner with the president of one of the firm’s major clients.

“The California trip is proving to be a really exciting opportunity for everyone,” said Raymond C. “We can’t wait to announce who will be going next month. It is really rewarding to be able to provide experiences like this to our team.”

Another major outing offered by the company is the annual Rest and Relaxation Retreat. Although this is primarily for the managers of the company, a couple of top performers will also be selected to attend. This trip is the most significant of all of the company’s incentives to its team. The 2015 retreat will be to Mexico. There, the group will be staying in a five star resort and will be participating in various luxurious activities every day.

Beyond relaxation, the retreat also offers a significant opportunity to network. There will be other marketing company attending; and the attendees from each firm will have the opportunity to mingle and share ideas with each other.

Last year, the annual trip was to Jamaica. At the time, Raymond was a relatively new director. “I am really excited for this year’s trip to Mexico,” he said. “Last year I learned a lot that really helped to propel Supreme Legacy, Inc. forward. This year I will be able to share my experiences and hopefully help others to enjoy some of the success that we have.”
