Savant Books Announces Release of Robin Ymer's Children's Book, "Mythical Voyage" in eBook Format

HONOLULU - Sept. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- When on another planet, a strange progeny, Bibi, is born to a colony of black, single horned creatures called Poncas, she becomes an old legend coming to life. However Bibi’s destiny is unknown to herself and the Poncas. In her dreams, however, Bibi sees another world that no other Ponca suspects might exist.

What is the mystery behind Bibi's existence? In a race against time, and with the help of her father and a mythical Sage, Bibi embarks on a quest to find the answer. She eventually finds the world of her dreams, only to discover that her future lies beyond even beyond it.

Born in France, Robin Ymer resided in North Africa until the late nineteen fifties. She attended school in Morocco, France and later California, where she earned a Master's of Art degree. After she married, she moved permanently to the United States and worked primarily as a Foreign Language Instructor while moving about the United States in support of her husband's career. She and her husband raised two daughters and now reside in California.

"'Mythical Voyage' originated from a drawing on canvas I made of a unicorn for my two daughters," says Robin Ymer. "My youngest child was but a few months old and my oldest a toddler. When, based on this drawing, I began telling them stories about the unicorn, they asked its name. I named it Bibi, because it means, love. The plot of the story evolved as my children grew, and over the years, I created many paintings to illustrate the story. My two children are now adults, but I did not forget how much they enjoyed Bibi’s story. I recently decided to put the story down on paper. Once again, the story grew, this time into a full-fledged book, taking on a life of its own. Thanks to the loving guidance of my editor and my publisher's tenacity, it has evolved into a "Color-Me-Please" work of art incorporating forty original drawings into the story."
