Austin Family Chiropractic hosts monthly "Light Night" Event

VIRDEN, Ill. - Sept. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- For the 4th consecutive month, Dr. Todd Austin, D.C. & Eugena Austin, L.M.T. held a free Thursday evening "Light Night" event at the Effective & Affordable Cold Laser Clinic located at Austin Family Chiropractic in Virden, IL on August 21, 2014.  The topics covered were using Cold Lasers, Far Infrared Thermotherapy & Essential Oils for pain relief and improved health.

During the May, June & July free educational / informational events, Dr. Todd spoke about Cold Laser Therapy and Eugena spoke about Far Infrared Therapy.  The August Light Night was the first to involve a guest presenter.

The Light Night guest speaker for August was fellow Biomat owner Martha Ruppert of Litchfield, IL.  Martha specializes in using Essential Oils for many different types of health issues, and whenever possible, she combines her DoTerra oils with Far Infrared Therapy.  When a family member recently tore his ACL, she used this combination along with some "at home" cold laser therapy to help him decrease inflammation and ultimately recover from his knee surgery much quicker.  The patient's Orthopedic Surgeon was amazed by the results!

Light Night is always a free event which is held one Thursday each month at Austin Family Chiropractic.  It is for patients, central IL residents and other healthcare providers as well.  "We have already had Chiropractors from other cities and states join us, as well as people who work in Medical Clinics" states Dr. Todd.  "In August, we had our largest crowd to date.  It's a great way to deliver life-changing alternative healthcare information in a non-threatening environment."
