Fathers-to-be can explore pregnancy pain relief options with new app

LONDON - Sept. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- Software developer Develapp Limited has announced the launch of its new mobile app, the Big Man’s Guide to Pregnancy Pain, which will help guide new fathers-to-be through the birth and the often difficult task of helping the new mother choose between available methods to relieve pregnancy pain.

Written in an easy to read style, the Big Man’s Guide sets out all the facts new dads will need to know about pregnancy pain and covers the key phases of the birth.  The app, which is available on iOS (Apple iTunes App Store) also features a “Big Man’s Toolkit” which includes two helpful tools for all new fathers:

– an announcement card which any dad can use to share a photo announcement of their newborn on Facebook and,

– an emergency pub finder, with a location-based map which gives directions to the nearest pub or bar.

Working with UK developer Appino Limited and with pregnancy specialists, the developer of the Big Man’s Guide said it had been pleased with the release of app and interest shown so far:

The Big Man’s Guide to Pregnancy Pain is available for download on the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch (iOS 6.0 or later) from the Apple iTunes App Store for £0.99/$0.99.  A version for the Android App Store is planned to be released soon.
