Schubach Aviation Adds Three New Light Jets to Fleet

CARLSBAD, Calif. - Sept. 11, 2014 - PRLog -- San Diego jet setters now have even more practical flight options, with three new light jets having joined Schubach Aviation's fleet of executive aircraft. Schubach has complemented its fleet with two Embraer Phenom 100s and a Citation CJ3 — all newer models and favored by discerning business and leisure travelers alike.

A very light jet developed by Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer, the Embraer Phenom 100 delivers on all fronts, with clean, simple lines that create a feeling of lightness, serenity and space. The jet’s unique design is the result of a partnership with BMW DesignworksUSA, which sets high standards for quality and taste.

The smart Phenom 100 can fly around 900 nautical miles -- the distance between San Diego and Seattle -- seating up to four passengers with room to spare. While being one of the fastest jets in its category, it has lower operating costs, burning less fuel and keeping the cost more economical than other jets in its class. Short runway capability means it can fly into smaller airports where other aircraft can’t go, allowing customers to arrive closer and faster to their destinations.

With a larger, more comfortable cabin and the largest baggage compartment in its class, the Phenom 100 ensures that customers get to wherever they need to go in unsurpassed comfort and style. Amenities include a rear private lavatory, refreshment center, stowage space, premium seating and the largest windows in its class. One of the Phenoms will be based part time in Eugene, Ore., making it available for flights out of the Pacific Northwest.

One of the most popular light jets, the Citation CJ3 provides superior reliability without sacrificing efficiency and comfort. The aircraft is engineered for excellent performance, well-appointed comfort, and impressive range and speed.

The CJ3 has a maximum range of 2000 nautical miles — the equivalent of San Diego to Miami. Carrying up to six passengers, it cruises at 410 ktas. The speed and range rival a midsize jet while having short runway capability, allowing for a larger number of airport options.

Unrivaled amenities of the spacious CJ3 cabin include adjustable club seating that can be arranged around two executive foldout tables conducive to business meetings or otherwise making the most of travelers’ time while in flight. Other features include a private lavatory, slim-line refreshment center, LED lighting, and in-cabin technology so passengers can enjoy in-flight entertainment.
