CHICAGO - Sept. 13, 2014 - PRLog -- Howl at the Moon is excited to announce the 2nd year of its national Drink Pink campaign in support of breast cancer research. A portion of the proceeds from sales of the Pink Paradise ( goes toward the Open Arms Breast Cancer Outreach Fund to help support families battling the disease. The foundation helps families get access to quality care and support programs. Donations from the sale of the Pink Paradise are not exclusive to October. The drink is on the menu year-round and donations are gathered every month.

Since the start of the campaign, Howl at the Moon has been able to generate over $50,000 in donations to the Open Arms Foundation as well as varies other breast cancer awareness charities throughout the nation.

However, with National Breast Cancer Month the national chain likes to step up support even more with the Drink Pink campaign. Throughout the month of October, the purchase of their breast cancer awareness t-shirt will donate 100% of the profits to charities and research foundations. It's a win-win for the customer and the foundations.

This year brings another change as well, because of the way the drink menu was changed ( in the summer of 2014. Now, customers can purchase a Pink Paradise in any size. They can enjoy this mix of X-Rated Fusion Liqueur, Cruzan, Vanilla Rum, Peach, Pineapple, and Cranberry as a drink, a 24oz bone, or share the 86oz bucket among friends. Since this recent change, Howl at the Moon has already seen an increase in sales of the Pink Paradise, which translates to an increase of donations.

Stepping into a Howl at the Moon any time in October to pick up a t-shirt and sip on a Pink Paradise bucket equals a donation for someone in need.
