LAKEWOOD, N.J. - Sept. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- In May 2014, Brian Feser succeeded Todd Bullivant, MILSPRAY’s founder, as Chief Executive Officer and President.  Feser is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with 28 years of service.  He previously served as Vice President of Strategy at Textron Marine & Land Systems and concurrently served as the Director of Afghanistan Operations.   Later, he was assigned as the Vice President of International Business Operations for all of Textron Systems. He holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.

Feser’s vision is to exponentially increase MILSPRAY's top line growth over the next two years while planning for long term growth, sustainability and viability. He is restructuring the company and adopting a fast forward-looking strategy to take advantage of the opportunities globally in the military and commercial sectors.

Feser has restructured the Executive Management Team and is pleased to announce the promotions of Liz DeSerio to Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations, Chantel Robinson to Vice President of Administrative Operations and John McMullen to Vice President of Business Development and Sales. Todd Bullivant is still an active contributor to the organization and serves as a member of MILSPRAY’s Advisory Board.

Liz DeSerio joined MILSPRAY in 2007 and has held positions of increasing responsibility within the company. She has extensive experience in government contracting, management and the implementation of strategic objectives for the company.  DeSerio earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Canyon College and a Master Certificate in Government Contract Management from Villanova University.

Her strong financial expertise and global business experience will be of great value in her new role.  DeSerio will lead strategic initiatives that support the company’s efforts to provide competitive solutions to customers around the world.  “Liz has made significant contributions in shaping the company’s strategic direction, and will continue to position MILSPRAY for long term growth,” said Feser.

Chantel Robinson has years of leadership experience in marketing, project management and brand development.  Since joining the company in 2011, she has increased MILSPRAY’s exposure within the Department of Defense while leading technology demonstrations at the Pentagon, the Army Rapid Equipping Forces (REF), the US Marine Corps Expeditionary Forward Operating Base (Ex-FOB) and other high profile military events.  Under her leadership, MILSPRAY secured its first contract with the US Army for corrosion prevention and control services and formed numerous teaming arrangements with strategic partners to pursue multiple IDIQ contracts.

Robinson earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in International Business from Seton Hall University.  “Chantel is a proven leader capable of handling multiple priorities and delivering results. Her skills will be invaluable as she takes on added responsibility for overseeing the administrative operations,” said Feser.

John McMullen has an impressive background of top-flight, high-ranking government civilian service with the Departments of State, Homeland Security and Defense. He has a strong business development background working with large and small defense contractors. McMullen is a graduate of West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Saint Joseph’s University and a Master of Arts from Salve Regina University. He served in the Army Special Forces advancing to the rank of Colonel, and retired from active duty after 30 years of service.

In his new role, McMullen will be responsible for leading MILSPRAY's business development and sales team worldwide.  "John’s impressive depth of industry knowledge and strong customer relationships, combined with his military background, provide him with a strong foundation to advance MILSPRAY’s focus on global growth and customer success," said Feser.

Feser stated, “the Executive Management Team, along with the support of every team member across the organization, will successfully shape the future of MILSPRAY by delivering next generation technologies on time, every time to our customers, expanding our reach into international markets, and attracting and retaining great talent.”
