Keller Williams' Mike Wagner Named to Luxury Homes International Division

LEESBURG, Va. - Sept. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Leesburg, Va. (September 9, 2014) – Mike Wagner, a leading realtor and owner of Mike Wagner and THE NEXT LEVEL TEAM, has been named to the Keller Williams Luxury Homes International Division.

The Keller Williams Realty Luxury Homes Division is an exclusive and elite group of real estate consultants who provide premium, gold-level service to the upper tier housing market.

To be a member of the KW Luxury Homes International group requires attending and passing the Institute for Luxury Homes Marketing training regimen.  Agents must have sold a minimum of two luxury homes ($750K plus) in the last 24 months.

“Attending the intensive, advance training at the Institute for Luxury Homes Marketing opened my eyes to even more interesting and inventive ways to market higher end homes.  Some of it I knew and was doing already.  Other ideas were completely new to me.  Using some of these new and innovative techniques is taking our Home Sellers Advantage listing program to a new level,” Wagner said.

Wagner’s career history spans many years in the hospitality industry, a five year stint starting, managing and selling his own e-commerce company, and then the move into Loudoun and Fairfax County real estate.  He joined Keller Williams Realty Leesburg in 2002 and was named Keller Williams Virginia Region “Rookie of the Year” and “KW Virginia MVP.” Wagner also was voted “Best Realtor in Loudoun County” in 2012 and 2013-14 by Leesburg Today and Ashburn Today’s Readers’ Poll.
