Boost Fitness Relocating Hudson Fitness Club
New Hudson Facility Offers Convenience, More Space, Better Parking
“Our current location has served us well for eight years, but we’ve outgrown it,” said owner and founder Mark Federico. “The new location is larger, has double the space for parking and is conveniently located. It will enable us to better serve our growing base of members.”

In addition to providing more space, the new location has an open floor plan that will enable Boost to operate more efficiently, all on one floor. The facility will include a large exercise room for group classes, larger locker rooms with showers, and a cross-training area. Federico said he also expects to add a room for spin, an exercise using stationary bicycles.
Hardy Physical Therapy, which shares space with Boost, will also move and will triple its space in its new location.
“We work with many Boost Fitness clients and as Boost’s membership has grown, so has our business,” said owner Tyler Bowie. “This is a great location for both of our businesses.”
Federico said work has begun on the new facility and that members can expect to make the transition to the new location with minimal disruption.
Like the current Hudson club, the new facility will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
