Naperville Chamber TEAM B2B Hosts 6th Annual Bags Tournament to Benefit KidsMatter

NAPERVILLE, Ill. - Sept. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Naperville, IL – TEAM B2B, a Naperville Chamber of Commerce leads group that focuses on business to business relationships, will be hosting a bags tournament in Naperville benefiting KidsMatter and their new parent education resource, ParentsMatterToo. This is the sixth year in a row that TEAM B2B will be hosting the event.

The tournament will be held Saturday, October 18, 2014 at Players Indoor Sports Center in Naperville. There will be two separate bags competitions to choose from: Competitive Doubles and Social Doubles. The entry fee for Competitive Doubles is $100 per two person team. The prizes include $500 for first place, $200 for second place, and $100 for third place. Social Doubles has an entry fee of $70 per two person team. First, second, and third place winners of the Social Doubles competition will receive trophies and donated prizes.

In addition to the doubles competitions, a long toss game will also be featured. The object is to be the player who tosses the bag into the board hole from the furthest distance. The cost per participant per game is $5 and the person who takes first place will receive a cash prize.

For a general admission fee of $25 spectators can enjoy food and refreshments that will be served throughout the duration of the tournament. Boards will also be set up for non-competitors to play and practice. Families are welcome and kids 12 and under get in free.

“This is the sixth consecutive year hosting the event and we anticipate this to be the most successful year yet. After the 2013 tournament we were able to donate $7500 to KidsMatter and this year our goal is $15,000! We are excited to see the turnout,” said Josh McBroom, founder of the TEAM B2b Bags Tournament.
