Hughes Law Retained to Fight for the Brown Family in Minnesota

MARSHALL, Minn. - Sept. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Cannabis law expert and trial lawyer, Michael R. Hughes of Hughes Law in Bend, Oregon has been retained by Angela Brown.

Mrs. Brown is the Minnesota mother who has been accused in a criminal complaint filed in Lac Qui Parle County Minnesota of two counts of alleged child endangerment. Mr. Hughes and the Brown family intend to fight these false allegations.

Mr. Hughes’ initial comment on the matter was simple:

“Somehow, a mother who should be applauded as a hero, is being treated like a criminal by the government. I, along with many others, have been moved by Mrs. Brown, her son Trey and their family’s story. I am honored to be able to stand with them and fight for justice.”

The next court hearing is on September 29, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. at the Chippewa County Courthouse in Montevideo, Minnesota.
