New Report of Average Daily Hotel Rates by Brand for Second Quarter 2014
ALBANY, N.Y. - Sept. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- ( has released its first-ever report of average daily room rates for chain hotels by brand.

The report covers the second quarter of 2014 for 63 different brands at the top seven major publicly-traded hotel chains which include: Marriott (MAR); HIlton (HLT); Starwood (HOT); Choice Hotels (CHH); Wyndham (WYN); Hyatt (H); Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG).

The Park Hyatt brand had the highest average daily room rate in the second quarter at $350.98 per night. Park Hyatt is the luxury brand of Hyatt Hotels. The Ritz-Carlton, owned by Marriott, was second with average daily room rate of $337.09 per night.

The Knights Inn brand by Wyndham had the lowest average room rate at just $46.78 per night.
