We provide the energy and support of group training with individualized attention to meet personal goals; of the hundreds of members we serve, no two are on the same plan. Each member goes through 4 phases over 12 months, building healthy habits over time. We don’t just train our members to be faster or stronger; we help them create a simple, sustainable lifestyle that will allow them to live healthy, balanced lives. We provide the ultimate fitness experience, supporting one another to become the best version of ourselves. FNS was founded by San Jose native, Brian Nunez, a former captain of the SJSU football team. He saw a need for a different approach to fitness; fad diets, mega-gyms, and quick fixes couldn’t provide lasting results that people crave. He adopted the principles of being an athlete and applied them to the general public; teamwork, goal setting, and consistency are the backbone of the FNS program. He has traveled the nation presenting this system and trained clients all over the world. The consensus is the same: small steps over time have led to clients losing hundreds of pounds and keeping them off. 10 day cleanses, diet pills, and grueling workouts will give results—but will they last? The FNS program makes fitness fun and lasting health attainable. We support our athletes emotionally, mentally, and physically; our community is all inclusive and open to people at every fitness level. It’s time to change the conversation and mentality surrounding health and fitness. The FNS 12 step program is simple, structured, and sustainable with no gimmicks or quick fixes. You won’t find people aimlessly walking on the treadmill, slamming weights by themselves, or plugged into their headphones to shut out the world. You’ll find a community of everyday athletes supporting and encouraging each other. You’ll find coaches that care about their clients and guide them in reaching their goals.
