Central Energy Northeast Gives Back to Our Country's Veterans
The Southeastern Veterans Center located in Spring City, Pennsylvania, new Victory Garden installed just two years ago had deteriorated over time due to the VA's budget challenges. Central Energy Northeast, a Veteran Operated Company, donated the funds for a Landscape Contractor to rehabilitate the area back to its original glory.
The Southeastern Veterans Center is a Retirement and Assisted Living Center that provides a great home in the rolling hills of Chester County, Pennsylvania for the men and woman who served this country
Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Phil Moser, who served 11 years in the U.S.A.F with two tours of duty during Desert Shield-Storm in Special Operations Command stated, "Serving the Country in Uniform enabled me to come to the United States from my birth place, France, and become a citizen. It is an honor to help fellow veterans whenever we can."
The Victory Garden is an interior courtyard that is surrounded by the living area and four floors of private rooms looking down on this little island of green. The Veterans can enjoy the open space that was rejuvenated and care for the vegetable garden Central Energy Northeast had installed. For many it stirs memories of the lawns & gardens they had before moving to the VA.
Lloyd R. Davis, the Centers Commandant wrote, "On behalf of the residents, their families and the staff of Southeastern Veterans' Center, I extend a special Thank You to Central Energy Northeast for their support & dedication to 'Serve Those Who Have Served.'"
