Follow on Google News | Will a Labor Union Leader be the Next to Lead Sweden?By: Social Democrats Stefan Lofven, the former welder who is the leader of the Social Democrats. The Social Democrats have been working a really strong, modern ground game assisted by strong digital presence. (Their office is nicknamed Chicago.) They are likely to take back the government from the Moderate (former Conservative) Their party leader, Stefan the Welder just might be Stefan the Prime Minister. Late last week, the Social Democrats in Sweden released a video about Stefan Lofven, the Party Leader who might be Prime Minister after the September 14 elections. The video is the first American style video to be used in the Swedish campaigns, and Stefan would likely be the first Welder to become Prime Minister, certainly the first in Sweden. The video depicts his humble beginnings and the influence that Sweden’s society had on his success. He embraces unions and the social safety net in the video. The video is available at https://www.youtube.com/ The video script is as follows. More or less literal translation: When I was 10 months old, my mother was forced to leave me. She couldn’t take care of me properly at the time. When I met my foster parents, I had nothing. But through the open arms that greeted me, I received everything. When I started school, when I started my first job, when I went into politics – through it all, there have always been people who’ve taken responsibility not only for themselves, but for me as well. For this, I am grateful. This autumn, the Swedish people may put their trust in me to lead this country. The security, and the freedom, that I have received from my family, my teachers and from the society – that is something I want to give every child growing up in Sweden The general election is very soon. For us, it’s about creating a better Sweden. Not just for some. But a better Sweden, for all. If the Social Democrats win this election, it would be a big change back to supporting working people, building better schools, infrastructure and a better society, from the current government the Moderaterna who have been focused on lowering taxes for the rich and empowering companies.
