PALO ALTO, Calif. - Aug. 29, 2014 - PRLog -- Tech Startup CustEx – Customer Expressions and Reviews, announced today the opening of its Live Beta site. Customers can now take full advantage of this powerful online tool by listing better alternative products available today, a product improvement need, a.k.a. listing-a-CustEx, posting product reviews, and viewing others’ similar product reviews and CustExes all via the CustEx dashboard. By creating a free Beta account at, Customers can now suggest, review, and list improvements on millions of popular products. Vendors invite top Customers to earn cash consulting over the phone to implement their product improvements [Custexes]. Early users with more reviews have higher rank, more visibility to Vendors, and hold the advantage of earning cash by consulting. CustEx is currently accessible on PC’s, tablets, and smartphones with its responsive web design. The Android app will enable a few additional features, to be released soon. The iOS app will follow.

The CustEx big data platform features trending and popular products ranging from gadgets, cars, and electronics, to clothes, furniture, health & beauty and more. CustEx founder, Daniel Curran states, “CustEx is more significant to the world-wide-web than the debut of search engines in the 90’s. In those days, people asked what kind of oil the search engine took and it similarly seemed as unfamiliar as CustEx first appears today.” This is because -- for the first time ever -- Customers have access to a full product life-cycle thereby providing them with the tools needed to create a significant shift in product ideation, improvement, and delivery. This, in turn, holds potential to positively affect the economy, environment, and overall quality of life.

CustEx wishes to convey to Customers how to use the platform for suggesting better available products today, and to improve others for tomorrow. Like Pinterest, the CustEx demographic is predominantly female, as statistics show women make most of the purchases for everyday household products. It is this demographic that will lead the way in closing the gap between available products and what Customers really want. Customers will now be able to decide what products get made and improved.
