-- Valencia. The students of the Spanish school attend the school of sailing at the Port of Valencia (http://www.visitvalencia.com/
en/home) and get together to try the experience for the first time. Therefore the students will go with sailing instructors whom the students will become dependent upon. With them students who take part in the language course will be allowed to enrich their Spanish vocabulary and add many new terms related to sailing.
In the afternoon, right after the Spanish course it was time to take the underground going to the port. The students were welcomed by the owners and team members of the sailing school. Later on, they placed the participants in the ships and who they should take care of. Everyone could see all parts in the ship. In this manner, all new terms related to sailing could be explained and clarified and so the learning of Spanish became shorter and effective.
The team members were responsible for the control of the ship, of the sail and also pulling the ropes strongly. Therefore permanently they had to maintain their balance, there were many stumbles here, so this was however almost a big challenge, due to the waves which were causing the constant motion of the ship and also its occupants. After the trip, all came out from the ship however excited by sharing their experiences.
The Spanish school, Costa de Valencia, escuela de español, (http://www.costadevalencia.com/en/1-learn-spanish-spain/1...
) offered its students of Spanish as a Foreign Language together with sailing school not only the sailing course (http://youtu.be/U-3HnVekjpo?list=PL4E2A75FD28AF1D64
), but also kayak and paddleboard ones. The offer for the students coming to Valencia to do a Spanish course is quite wide and varied. There the language course and the leisure time are combined what makes the linguistic stay in Valencia unforgettable.
