Robert Sanchez of Trinity Plumbing Awarded Second Quarter FOCUS Award

ATLANTA - Aug. 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Atlanta, GA – August 26, 2014 – ActionCOACH Atlanta announced today that Robert Sanchez, owner of Trinity Plumbing, LLC has been awarded the FOCUS Award for the results his business achieved during the second quarter 2014.

The ActionCOACH Focus Award was introduced 2009 and is presented to businesses who accomplish significant results in their business during a calendar quarter by following the plan they created during the previous GrowthCLUB 90-day planning event.  This FOCUS Award was presented at the ActionCOACH GrowthCLUB held at ActionCOACH Atlanta on June 27, 2014.

In March 2014 while attending his third GrowthCLUB, Mr. Sanchez created a plan setting his goals for the second quarter and the strategies and tactics he would use to achieve those goals.  His goals included increasing revenue by 20% and profits by 15% year-over-year while taking control and reducing expenses In working with his Coach Russ Young, Mr. Sanchez was able to increase his year-over year revenue by 72% and his year-over year profits by 18%%, exceeding both his goals for the quarter.

The plan that Robert Sanchez created, and followed, had him laser focused on marketing, inventory control, hiring the right new team members, instituting long-needed strategic planning and doing what was necessary to achieve these results.  Combining business education with a solid strategic action plan is what led him to his outstanding results during the quarter and for the year to date.
