The four-day meeting will showcase an education agenda consisting of 143 MCLE seminars on legal technology, access to justice, UPL, attorney advertising and other key areas of interest. The meeting will take place September 11-14 at the Grand Hyatt, 1 Market Place, in San Diego, California.
On Thursday, September 11, Lubarsky will speak on “Leveraging Technology to Win the Discovery Game,” a session that addresses the rules and new technologies governing electronically stored information (ESI). This session will provide attorneys with information on new technologies and tools that can reduce costs and streamline the management of ESI.
Lubarsky will speak again on Friday, September 12, in a session on “Best Practices Concerning Data Collection and Production of Evidence,” reviewing the new rules and standards for identification, collection and production of paper-based and digital evidence. Each session provides one hour of CLE credit, of which 0.5 hour applies to legal ethics. Alex Lubarsky is a practicing litigator and electronic evidence consultant, instructor and author with nearly two decades of experience in legal technology.
