Hytrol Video How to Replace ProSort 400 Elite Pneumatic Divert Switch

In this video, replacing the pneumatic divert switch on the ProSort 400 Elite is explained.  Whitney Blackburn, Hytrol’s Brand Manager, shared, “Following proper lock out/tag out procedures, disconnect the airline and control cable. Open the door on the channel, and remove the two interior nuts. Next remove the two bolts on the outside of the channel, and dislodge the pneumatic divert switch assembly. You may now remove the old switch and replace it with a new one. Please note that all ProSort 400 Elite units ship with an additional switch assembly to assist with the general maintenance of the conveyor.”
