American Athletic Bolsters Marlton Community with New Sports Complex

BURLINGTON, N.J. - Aug. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- Vincentown, NJ  – American Athletic, an award-winning sports facility builder specializing in the precision construction and installation of running tracks, artificial and natural turf fields, and sports courts, has reinvigorated the Marlton Community with new state-of-the-art Baseball and Softball fields in Marlton, New Jersey.

Marlton’s four new synthetic turf fields feature American Athletic’spremier multi functional design, allowing any field to be used for either baseball or softball.

The second story scorer’s booth is perfectly situated, providing unparalleled access to every field at any one time.  Complete with concession stands, four scoreboards, independent audio systems and announcers for each field, the new sports facility is uniquely designed to host and accommodate tournaments of any size.

Built upon a section of pinelands, American Athletic imported hundreds of loads off field dirt to raise the field level by seven feet in order to create the proper sub-base for the sports complex.  Breaking ground in August, the new sports facility is complete and open to the public.

“We have such a big Baseball program and for years we’ve been spread out ever since when I was a kid growing up in the community,” states Dan, community member and Baseball coach.  “We’ve been spread out on multiple fields, this complex gives us a chance to be in all one place as a community.”

"It was a dream and vision of mine to have this facility,” states Randy Brown, Mayor of Marlton, NJ.
