Wenzel America Bringing Precision & Innovation to IMTS 2014

WIXOM, Mich. - Aug. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Wenzel America will be attending the 30th edition of the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) September 8th-13th in Chicago. Wenzel’s cmm coordinate measuring machines and metrology solutions will be among almost 2,000 vendors exhibiting over 15,000 new machine tools, controls, computers, software, components, systems and processes that can improve efficiency of the more than 100,000 attendees.

Wenzel’s latest cmm coordinate measuring machine innovations will be on display at three separate booths, across two pavilions. The three spaces will each highlight a different area of Wenzel’s metrology expertise –CMM coordinate measuring machines, Gear measurement and 3D Non-Contact scanning. The different booths will also make it easier for attendees to interact with the whole Wenzel America team.

Wenzel America’s main showcase will be located in the QA Pavilion at booth # E-5698. Here attendees will find their cutting edge, 3D Scanning CORE DS machine. Visitors can also get their hands on the Wenzel XO55 CMM coordinate measuring machine, which will feature Wenzel’s Phoenix II structured-light projection sensor atop their intrinsically accurate, signature granite frame.

As a long time partner of metrology sensor pioneer, Renishaw, Wenzel America will showcase the precision and dedication to accuracy at the core of both companies at their shared display in Renishaw’s booth #E-5510. Wenzel’s newest LH Generation CMM coordinate measuring machine will be there outfitted with Renishaw’s latest sensor technology in the QA pavilion.

Building on their 2013 partnership with Liebherr Gear Technology, Inc., Wenzel’s newest WGT gear metrology machines will be found at Liebherr’s booth # N-6930 in the Gear Generation Pavilion.
