– Award-winning Canadian health and wellness website, tuja wellness, is launching a free healthy lifestyle challenge called the 30-day Green Smoothie Challenge
starting September 1 and running until September 30, 2014.
The tuja wellness Green Smoothie Challenge is a great opportunity to develop a healthy habit in a fun and easy way – by blending a daily smoothie.
The unique event first took place September 2013 and was a huge success, inspiring many to add more greens to their diet by providing a different taste-tested smoothie recipe for each day throughout the month of September.
