Chess NYC Goes After The USA Team Championship

NEW YORK - Aug. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- Chess NYC announced today the acquisition of reigning USA Champion Gata Kamsky to compete for the New York Knights.

The Season launches August 26th 7:10pm when the Knights will be on their new "Home Court", the World Famous Friars Club, taking on the Boston Blitz.
"Last year we came up a little bit short" stated Co-Director Michael Propper "and that didn't feel good" he added. "This year we are going for the jugular, with a tremendous Team head lined by the undisputed US champion in the country".

Opening Day spectators will be by invitation only.
