Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova Announces Patrick Prager as Executive Chef

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. - Aug. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- The Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova announces the appointment of Patrick Prager as executive chef.  He will oversee the culinary direction for Formaggio Restaurant and Taverna, as well as the hotels catering and private events.

Patrick brings more than 15 years of experience to his new position at the Marriott.  Since 1999 Patrick has built his reputation by working in some of the finer restaurants in the West Coast, mostly recently serving as Chef at, Sutro’s San Francisco.
