DE PERE, Wis. - Aug. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Nashville sensation and “The Sing Off” finalists Street Corner Symphony are headed back to Green Bay with Andy Davis  in tow, to play a concert to benefit the Cassandra Voss Center on the St. Norbert College campus. The concert will take place on September 18th at The Walter Theatre in DePere.

Davis has played in several venues around the Green Bay area, but this show marks the first time he will be visiting St. Norbert College.  He won’t be alone though; Davis is bringing his backing band The Velvet Horns with him. All proceeds benefit the Cassandra Voss Center. The center was opened on September 18th, 2013, to honor the life of Cassandra Voss, an accomplished student at St. Norbert College who was on track to become the university’s first graduate with a major in Women’s Studies before she was tragically lost in a car accident.

Davis is excited to bring his unique brand of pop-soul to Green Bay again, and he’s looking forward to The Velvet Horns experiencing the hospitality Wisconsin has to offer.

“It’s always such an awesome crowd to play for, we always have a blast, and it’s going toward such a great cause,” said Davis.

The concert will be at The Walter Theatre located on the SNC campus and will start at 7:00 p.m. September 18th, Cassandra’s birthday and the 1-year anniversary of the center. Tickets start at $25 and can be purchased by calling the St. Norbert Box Office at 920.403.3950 or by visiting tickets.snc.edu.
