Romance novels "Reverse Seduction" & "Chronicles of a Betrothed" slated for imminent release

DETROIT - Aug. 19, 2014 - PRLog -- DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. CEO-President and Founder, Donna L. Quesinberry states, “Romance novelist Annetta Hobson’s two most recent titles (“Reverse Seduction” & Chronicles of a Betrothed”) are in final Galley review this week and readying for retail sale end of summer 2014. Mrs. Hobson is one of our originating authors from the former sole proprietorship ('The Book Nook / DonnaInk Publications') era. We signed Annetta early in the company’s development and she remains an exemplary author. As with every start-up, growing pains, Acts of God and all things involved to transition and expansion from a sole proprietorship to our current limited liability corporation delayed well-intended earlier releases of these romance novels; however, as with a fine wine, time is often our friend. Therefore, our authoress, Mrs. Annetta Hobson deserves recognition as a stalwart and forthright professional, which she has remained throughout internal organizational change management.

As a gifted romance novelist, Mrs. Hobson continues to train through courses and seminars relative to her craft. She continuously works at, and hones, her talent formerly cited as, ‘Excellent stories we’d love to represent, which require a little extra work we don't have time for,' by some of the major houses. Her true to life love stories are seasoned with steamy sexual trysts and betrayals, which feature believable heroines and heroes readers love to emphasize with. Of course, as with all romance novels, her characters scope from innocents, to hearty types, to dastardly villains and villainesses, to down-right dirty dogs and/or criminals. Her characters represent the best and worst attributes of human nature; especially when it comes to love, money, sex and scandal and Mrs. Hobson leaves no holds barred in character developments.

Having arrived at writing as an African American female from Detroit Michigan; Annetta is determined not to write cliché urban fiction, which she appreciates but feels is not her literary style. Her stories are not indicative of Detroit, the inner city or the African American epic necessarily; rather, she shares flavors of humanism and the essence of living derived from all class structures and their inherent motivations but thankfully she doesn't typecast. Annetta is an author to watch . . . because she isn't trying to be someone else.

Being from Detroit, as an emerging authoress, Mrs. Hobson's career as a writer often comes under the gun of local pundits who find it difficult to accept and/or support success from a local woman of color.
