Livingly Media Launches Trivia On Zimbio And Stylebistro
Zimbio.com, known for spearheading this year’s pop culture quiz craze, is leading innovation in the entertainment category by creating interactive features that are well-suited for social media sharing. In late 2013 the company debuted pop culture personality quizzes, which became an Internet sensation. Name generators were the next big feature launch with over 10 million people playing "What’s Your ‘Game of Thrones’ Warrior Name" and "What’s your ‘Orange is the New Black’ Prison Nickname" this summer.
“StyleBistro readers have also shown an appetite for site features with which they can interact,” said Livingly Media's VP of Content, John Newlin. “A trivia feature that tests their knowledge of subjects in the category and challenges friends is a natural complement to our offerings."
As with quizzes and name generators, trivia lets readers actively participate in the content experience and then share their results through social media. Zimbio's recent trivia launch featured games themed around movies and TV, including Harry Potter and Hunger Games, while StyleBistro launched with "Test Your Red Carpet Fashion Knowledge" and "Name the Supermodel" games.
Zimbio is an entertainment site that caters to the biggest, most passionate and socially engaged fan bases in pop culture and gives them the opportunity to dive deep into their favorite movies, music, TV shows, and celebrities with visually engaging content and unique angles you won't see anywhere else.
StyleBistro is a style site that features celebrity and trend-driven fashion and beauty features for real women.
